Fitness guru gives ideas to regain shape after giving birth
Women tend to feel that they are unattractive especially after giving birth because of the changes in their body. However, this can be remedied as what fitness guru Stella Bartram would say.
However, it is not right to immediately hit the gym after giving birth. In fact, experts say that it is best to wait after the postnatal checkup (which takes about six weeks after delivery) before starting with exercise.
Here are some tips given by the guru:
• Don’t obsess too much about the weight. It is safe to lose a pound per week.
• Start with cardio exercises. Strenuous exercises are not recommended at first.
• Wear sports bra over a nursing bra in order to provide. Exercise only when there’s less milk in the breasts.
Last but not the last, chill out. Reward self with a treat such as chocolate from time to time.
