Official rugby rules settle dispute on water breaks

There have been questions raised recently during an exciting rugby match that took place between Junior All Blacks and Flying Fijians. According to reports, some eyebrows were raised after two one minute water breaks took place after 20 minutes of the game in each half time. This happened during the match on Friday.
