South Africa rugby union faces charges of misconduct

The International Rugby Board (IRB) has reportedly charged the officials of the South Africa Ruby Union on Monday for alleged misconduct.
The sport’s governing body cited alleged breach of the IRB Code of Conduct and Regulations Relating to the Game.
